Paradise Cove was originally a family homestead turned into a tourist accommodation for budget travellers and others alike.

The homestead later became the office, lounge, and breakfast area while 12 self-contained bungalows were built right on the beachfront of the property offering visitors to Aitutaki self-catering accommodation right on the beach.
